Vulnerability in the PeopleSoft Enterprise FSCM component of Oracle PeopleSoft Products (subcomponent: eSettlements). The supported version that is affected is 9.1. Easily "exploitable" vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise FSCM.
