wpDiscuz before 7.6.47 contains a missing rate limiting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to subscribe arbitrary email addresses to post notifications by sending POST requests to the wpdAddSubscription handler in class.WpdiscuzHelperAjax.php.
